MVCSC spaghetti dinner April 14

The gospel group Sound Street will at the Pittsfield Church of the Nazarene on Saturday, April 6th, with the concert starting at 7:00. Should be an evening full of blessings.
The Pike County Senior Citizens Center at 220 West Adams Street in Pittsfield will be holding a fundraiser Fish Fry Thursday, April 11 4:30-6 p.m. The menu will be your choice of catfish fillet or buffalo with 3 set sides which will include this month potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and rosy pears plus your choice of dessert. The annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser to benefit the Mississippi Valley Christian Service Camp will be held at the Crossroads Center in Pittsfield Sunday, April 14, with serving starting at 11:30. Come on out for a good meal for a worthy cause.
Plans are underway for another get-together of the Single Seniors. This is for widows and widowers and single people over 55 years old. This is an opportunity to get out of the house and enjoy a good meal with others. Each person pays for their own meal. What a great way to get to know others and visit. Another Pittsfield High School Class of 1973 Luncheon took place at the Pearl Diner Thursday, March 28. Thirteen people attended and they were: Andy Borrowman, Orin Borrowman, Steve Cox, Dennis Wade, Theresa Sidwell, Cheri Myers, Wyvetta Davis, Joe Womble and Mary Breden, Marvin and Tonya Reel, and Gary and Sharon Williams.
Tad and Hannah Blacketer, Asa, and Amos of Mt. Pulaski spent Saturday, March 30, with his mother Wanda Blacketer to celebrate Easter.
Wanda Blacketer enjoyed Easter Day dinner with Tessa and Jaime Bunn and Allen.
I enjoyed Easter dinner at Ginger Whitlock’s and Easter supper at C.J. and Brandy Ostrander’s.
