The Outreach Community Center in Winchester hosted their Thanksgiving Food Giveaway on Saturday, November 23rd. In its 13th year, the giveaway provides necessary food items for Thanksgiving dinner to those in need. Food items provided included hams, mashed potatoes, noodles, stuffing mix, assorted pies, sugar, flour, canned vegetables and fruits along with other items.
The Center will host a Christmas Food Giveaway on December 21st at 10 a.m. and no registration is required. The Outreach Center will be having its AnnualChristmas Gift andToy Giveaway on December 13th, which did require registration, which has been closed.
Donation items are still being accepted for the giveaway through this Saturday at the several locations.
