James J. Howard, 83, of Carrollton, died at 10:05 a.m., Friday, Jan. 16, 2026 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 21, at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday. Burial will follow at Carrollton Cemetery with full military honors.
