Barbara Ann Kesinger | 82 | Roodhouse

Barbara Ann (Crafton) Kesinger, 82, of Roodhouse, passed away April 1, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on Feb. 12, 1944, the daughter of Earl and Elsie Lewis Crafton. She married Larry Kesinger June 3, 1962, in Roodhouse, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 2013.
She is survived by two children, Joyce Marie (Laura) Long and James Lee (Lisa) Kesinger; six grandchildren, Chantelle Hazelwood, Heather Long, Diedra Hicks, Lindsey Inman, Clinton Kesinger, Autumn Kesinger and Nick Bermel; and 10 great grandchildren, Thomas, Abigail, David, Charlie, Grant, Gavin, Sadie, Ryan, Reed, Sedona; and one great-great grandchild, Alecia.
Barbara spent over 40 years as a cook at North Greene school district. In her free time, she enjoyed going to garage sales, camping, archery and spoiling her grandchildren. Barbara loved her family, and you could usually find her on her patio watching her grandkids play.
A graveside service was held at Fernwood Cemetery in Roodhouse on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Fernwood Cemetery. Williamson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be left online at www.airsman-hires.com.
