Batchtown News – August 28, 2025
Today was Game Day. It was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall Sunday, Aug. 24. It was sponsored by the Batchtown Woman’s Club. The doors opened at 11 a.m. There was a good crowd. The food served was chicken salad sandwiches, dumplings, noodles, hot dogs, and homemade pies and cakes, coffee, tea and water.

The kids are back in school, the weather is perfect and Warrior football and volleyball have started their seasons. Warrior volleyball won their first games in the Roxana tournament and Warrior football will kick off their official season Friday night at home against the Triopia Trojans.
