Students must be 5 by September 1, 2022 to start kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year. G-P Title Family Night will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Griggsville gym. We are very excited to provide an evening of laughs, stories, and music for our G-P families. Dr. Mike Lockett is a teller of traditional tales and a children’s author. He has given over 4,000 programs across 32 states and in 17 countries. His trips have included 25 paid tours of Taiwan and 15 of China. He was one of only two Americans in over 50 years to be invited as a performer to represent the USA at the Tehran Storytelling Festival in the Islamic Republic of Iran. He has written 27 books, 17 of which are available here in the United States. He will be telling clean but humorous stories for the students during the day and will deliver stores and music for families in the evening at 6 p.m.
Our Scholastic Buy 1, Get 1 Free Book Fair will be May 9 through May 13 in the music room! Students will have a chance to shop each day during specials. The Book Fair will be open during the G-P PTO Breakfast with a Buddy Wednesday, May 11 from 7:30-8:30 a.m.
