Early dismissal for G-P schools Friday
A community service of thanksgiving will be held at the Griggsville United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20. Pastor Bob Willis of the Griggsville Church of the Nazarene will be the speaker that evening. Music will be provided by Christine Henthorn and everyone is welcome to attend this time of thanksgiving.
REMINDER: G-P Schools will dismiss at noon this Friday, Nov. 4 for SIP day. Shuttle bus bell will ring at 11:45 a.m.
The 2021-2022 G-P Yearbooks are in. There are a few extras. Cost is $45.
The November PTO meeting will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 7-8 p.m. It will be via google meets. If you wish to attend, you can do so by going to https://meet.google.com/ksu-hpkd-xip.
If you would be interested in adopting a child or family for the Griggsville-Perry Christmas Basket Program please contact Jessica Jones at 833-2352 or by e-mail at [email protected]. This program is designed to assist those families in need in our community to provide a Christmas for their families.
GPMS formally invites all Veterans to attend a short assembly beginning at 9 a.m. in honor of Veterans Day. If you are not a veteran, please come to support or veterans and let them know you appreciate their service!
Such happy news! G-P School District has learned that they have received a grant and will be able to start the pre-K program back!
Our sympathy is extended to the family of Phyla Pearson of Pittsfield who passed away last Thursday, October 27.
Vicki Norris enjoyed supper at Rumors with Marc and Lori Norris and Brent and Makayla Brown last week.
