Remember today is Pearl Harbor Day
Do you remember this day? There are many fine veterans that are fading from the days of Pearl Harbor! Today marks 81 years of the attack from the Japanese. Well spoken from Franklin D Roosevelt, “Those who have long enjoyed such privileges as we enjoy forget in time that men have died to win them.”
You better make plans for the Christmas Parade this Friday, it will start at 6 p.m. at the Pleasant Hill Community Club and end at high school. There will be a soup supper, vendors, cake walk, activities, and the Jolly Ol’ Feller in his red suit will be there waiting for young and old alike! All contributions go to the 4th of July committee and PHCC. You won’t want to miss this fun filled night, even if you have been naughty!
Ricky Blackstun recently celebrated his 65th Birthday, we sure want to wish him a healthy, happy year ahead!
Deepest sympathy is extended to all of the family of Florence Clendenny, she was a long time member in the Nebo community.
Be sure to shop small as you can find some amazing things and you will help all our local owners this Christmas holiday season!
