Another Class Luncheon for the Pittsfield High School Class of 1973 was held Friday, Aug. 25, at Milkey’s in Barry. Those in attendance were: Janet and Greg McKee; Bruce and Barb McKee; Joe Womble and Mary Breden; Mark Guthrie and Cathy Bollegar; Sharon and Gary Williams; Andy Borrowman; Theresa Sidwell; Theresa Reel; Nancy Bloom; Jeanie Hartman; Marvin Reel; and Wyvetta Davis. Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal and plenty of visiting. Members of the Class of 1973, if you aren’t attending these monthly luncheons, please start. They are very informal with always someone to converse with.
Wow!! What an excellent show was given by the Bugg Family Opry in Pearl this past Friday evening, August 25!! Folks, you need to take time to go to one of these shows and see for yourself what I’m talking about. Can’t believe there is so much talent under one roof, but there is.
Danny K. Guthrie was the guest of honor Sunday, Aug. 27, for lunch at Evandy’s Boatel, for his birthday. Those there to help him celebrate were his son and daughter-in-law Jonathan and Ashley Guthrie, their children Madison and Garrett, friend Wyvetta Davis, and her granddaughter Reese Davis. Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal and lots of visiting.
