Marsha is resigning, any one interested in keeping Pleasant Hill in the loop?
Here’s to hoping you had a nice Christmas everyone! Another year of hustle and bustle just up and gone so quickly!
The last day of this year 2025 is here! Can you quite believe is it almost gone and sit wonder where it went?! As the year comes to a close and A New Year begins I hope you have some time to pause and reflect on the year that was! We all sure have some things we would have done different, but we can only move forward! Look at past mistakes, learn to forgive or mend some quarrels, maybe just be a better me! A big thought~look at the obituaries that filled the news this past year, none of us are immune and will be there one day. Don’t put things or conversations, or your dreams, off for another day!! It is a new fresh start to reflect on the past but give new light to what may come. You do have the opportunity to be the change. Have the courage to begin with insight into New Hope in your life and make it count! I know this may be hard or you think impossible but it is amazing how strong a person can be to make goals happen! You own your life and destiny. Give life your Best, as you know each day is a True Gift!
I want to now to take the opportunity to let you all know how I have thoroughly enjoyed writing the article for Phill, Nebo, and the surrounding goings on. I thank you for the so many compliments and comments in doing so and sure hope someone will pick it up from here!! But I sadly say this is my last article, I try to do my best but I feel with my life, family, and other job duties I just don’t have the time to fulfill this weekly duty as it should be done! And it has been a rewarding experience no doubt but also been a very stressful time in my life to get through some days! Again I am so thankful for all you readers, may you continue to enjoy the newspaper and give support to these wonderful folks!
“Any new beginning can start now, find the courage to pursue it with all you have.” Nikki Rowe
New is the year, new are the hopes, new is the resolution, new are the spirits and new are my warm wishes just for you! Have a Blessed and Happy New Year!
