The Gardener
I love the Gardener of my heart –
He knows just what to do.
He strolls among the plants and flowers
And picks a weed or two.
He cultivates so carefully
And waters it with grace.
He makes me want to live for Him
And one day see His face!
Without His tender caring,
My Heart would barren be,
But with His love, I’m growing
Into all that I should be!
