You all have probably read or heard in the book of Ecclesiastes “To everything there is a season” (Ecclesiastes chapter 3). I found this modern day version of the same message, and thought in the next few weeks, I would share several of these. Here is the last week’s selections:
To everything there is a time…
A time for giving incentives, and a time for granting rewards;
A time for giving advice, and a time for taking it.
No matter what your situation or environment, the Lord has designed a rhythm for life that includes rest and exertion. If you maintain this balance, you’ll likely find there is plenty of “time for everything” that is truly beneficial to you.
Thought you might enjoy reading the original “time for everything” taken from Ecclesiastes chapter 3, verses 1 through 8. To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
Hope you all have enjoyed these, and actually got the message from each one.
