Pike County Fair, summer lunches -it must be summer
Hello June! The sight of lush green scenery across the hills and fields and to hear the flow of the creek right down the holler, just waiting to be waded in. You ready? Let’s go!
Come see the Pike County Fair!! It is up and running with lots of activities for young and old alike. There are main events each night, also horse and livestock shows, rides, many eats and drinks, bands, and exhibits, just hope you can make it to see for yourself. Check out their Facebook page Pike County Illinois Fair for all the events.
Happy 50th Anniversary to Ken and Dorothy Renoud June 7!! So nice to share an amazing lasting love through the test of time!! May you have a wonderful Anniversary and many more yet!
First Baptist Church will be starting there summer lunch program and Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11a.m.-1p.m. free summer lunches for all area kids ages 0-18 years of age at 302 Parkview in Pleasant Hill in back of building at kitchen entrance. Such a nice program for our youth, many thanks to our Baptist Church for this offering.
